The Details

We ask that each group-booking identify one person as their coordinator who shall be responsible for deposits, payments, additional coordination, and sharing of our policies and procedures with the group to ensure a pleasant stay.

Reservations are based on a two-night, two-room minimum stay.  Each room is $255/night (sleeps 3) with additional guests at $85/night. Open-stays* are $85/person per night. Rates include use of the maker-space, kitchen, a daily breakfast, and drink service.

Workshops are in addition to the above base rates.  

Day rates are available during open-stays* for $25/person including drink service.

For special events, please call to coordinate.

*Open-stays are when a group minimum has not been met, or when a group is open to having individuals join them during their stay.

Each reservation requires a two-night minimum stay and groups must have a minimum of six people — or a two-bedroom reservation. If a group is willing to share the house with other guests, we are glad to open up reservations to other individuals to meet your minimum requirement (an "open-stay").

A deposit of $135/room, or $45/person, is required at the time of booking your reservation. The balance will be due 45 days prior to your arrival. If balances are not received, deposits may be forfeited and reservations canceled.

All cancellations require a $25 processing fee. For those made prior to 60 days or more of the stay will be fully refunded or transferred to a future stay within 12 months. For cancellations made 31 – 59 days prior, 50% will be refunded; and no refund for cancellations made within 30 days prior to the stay.

  • Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m. with check-out by noon.

  • No guests allowed outside of those listed on the reservation.

  • No pets allowed unless certified support dogs.

  • No smoking on premises.

  • No use of the fireplace, candles, or other open flames within the home.

  • No access to the second floor balcony.

  • Each room is provided with one key. If additional keys are needed, please inform us at least one week prior to your stay.

  • The group coordinator will be provided a 4-digit code to the house to be used during your stay only.

  • The home has fire alarms, carbon monoxide detectors, and fire extinguishers throughout.  In the case of an emergency call 9-1-1 and immediately exit the home.  For other concerns, please call us at 512.917.3396.

  • Notions, branded items, and local specialties are for sale in the home and sold on an honor system. Removed items will be noted and deducted from the deposit(s).

  • Guests are welcome to use the kitchen and appliances, but please do not leave unwanted food in refrigerator or cabinets as everything will be disposed of following check-out.

  • Feel free to bring your own drinks, snacks, and meals to enjoy in addition to what we serve.

  • You are welcome to use the sunroom, back patio, or yard throughout your stay. We ask that you be considerate of our neighbors and conclude any loud gatherings outside by 10:00 p.m.

  • A licensed massage therapist is available for a separate fee. If interested, let us know at least one week prior to your stay.

  • At the house, we will provide you with a list of local restaurants (dine-in and delivery) and sites to see. If you have questions prior to your stay, please reach out and we will be glad to help you prepare for your stay at The Craft House Retreat.
